Items are usually dispatched the same day or the next business day after receipt of payment.
I use regular Australia Post and will ship internationally via Etsy to ensure all tax and tariff obligations are met.

Within Australia, shipping times can vary from 3 days up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
International shipping times vary but between 2 - 6 weeks should be expected. Please remember that I have no control over the parcel once it is posted but will do my best to ensure that it is received by you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, please contact me and I will aim to solve any problems as quickly as I can.
I accept returns for unused items and will refund the cost of the product on return.
