These wire birds are generously filled with warm and water repellent llama fibre in various fibre colours.

Measuring approximately 20 x 21 x 5cm, they come with twine to hang in your location of choice.

Welcoming native birds to gardens at nesting time, and providing them with a warm and truly natural material for their nest building is easy with our bird nesters. Watching them as they work at building their nests, cheekily stealing fibre from the nester is fun for all ages.

Llama fibre bird nesters contain llama fibre from the llamas of Fox Hill. Fox Hill is a small family run llama stud situated in beautiful Marradong Country, Western Australia. After shearing, the hair left over from our fiber processing is collected and used to make these unique bird friendly gifts.

Each spring we find our llama fibre in nests all over our property. Our birds use the llama fibre to build entire nests, nests with sticks and fibre, and mud with fibre. We find many kinds of different shaped and sized nests from a large variety of birds.
